No. That is exactly the work in the call. You describe how your day-to-day works, we name the process that pays off first: one process, one tool, one metric. You decide afterwards, not in the call.
For a clearly defined process, usually four to six weeks from the AI analysis to a pilot in live operation. It mainly depends on how quickly we get access to your data and systems. Where it takes longer, we tell you up front.
